We’ll transfer your loved one into our care from anywhere in New South Wales or Australian Capital Territory, without delay to one of our care facilities.

Our team of experienced funeral arrangers will carry out the direct cremation service with dignity, using an environmentally-friendly coffin.

We’ll liaise with the nominated facility and assist with all the administrative paperwork to process the official death certificate required for estate administration, sent directly to you.

Contact us at anytime, we are available to support you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange to transfer your loved one into our care, along with commencing the initial paperwork required.

Coordination of the transfer depends on where the death occurred. If the death occurred at a residence, aged care facility or private hospital, transfer after certification can happen within 3 hours. Death at a public hospital will be determined by hospital administration and can take a few days. If your loved one is transferred to Coroner, depending on the investigation, transfer may take several weeks.

Your loved one will be transferred to the mortuary facility of our service provider where they will be prepared for the direct cremation service.

Our dedicated funeral arrangers will provide all the documentation required prior to the direct cremation service. This includes all administrative and legal requirements, guidance through the arrangement, with support available by phone and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The direct cremation service is conducted at Macarthur Grange crematorium located at Smeaton Grange in New South Wales.

Timing can vary depending on clearance from facilities (hospitals, coroners etc) and completion of all required documents from the commissioner of the direct cremation service. Generally it is suggested the entire process takes 10 days from transfer into our care to return of cremains.

Once the cremation has occurred, the death will be registered by your funeral arranger through Births, Deaths and Marriages. Generally, a wait time of 10 to 15 days can be expected to receive the official death certificate via registered post.

You are not required to make an upfront payment. Payment will only be requested once the cremation has been scheduled, and we provide various payment options, including the possibility of settling the service fees directly from your loved one's estate.
